Shipping Policy

At Maré, every order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure your pieces arrive safely.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number.

Shipping Rates

* Standard Shipping: $6.99
* Free Standard Shipping on orders of $75 or more (before taxes and after discounts).

Estimated Delivery

After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

* Puerto Rico: 2–5 business days
* United States: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to USPS delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.

Lost or Delivered Packages

Once an order has been accepted by USPS, Maré is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
